- With > 99%, the highest availability is achieved at item level and with < 0.2% error rate per item, the lowest error tolerance.
- More than 35,000 stock items can be accessed in Austria alone and over 70,000 items are available in the system.
- Up to 3,200 orders with 35,000 order itemsare processed per day and delivered within 24 hours.
Leading in technology for a strong connection – the goal is to serve all logistical processes with state-of-the-art technology. IT and logistics are also highly reliable and scalable.
The processes are becoming more and more complex. They can be successfully regulated through networking and linking. For example, the newly developed procedures are implemented in routine processes and continuously checked by means of a process cost calculation.
OSR 32 is a semi-automatic picking and storage system. Our order pickers work with a so-called Pick by Light system. A light indicator shines on the compartment in which the goods are located. When the picker has picked the goods, this is reported back to the system at the push of a button so that the stock is updated.
Fully automatic packaging lines with load securing & lids incl. shipping sortation are possible through leading technology.
